CERTIFIED GLOBAL SYSTEM INTEGRATOR PROGRAM (CGSI)
The Stonesoft Partner Program for Certified Global System Integrators is targeted to Channel Partners with a focus on enterprise security and business continuity solutions to serve the global enterprise end-users. Certified Global System Integrators are in direct relationship with Stonesoft, and they have to provide 1st line support services to their end customers.
The aim is to build strategic partnerships on a global basis and to provide solutions complemented with partners' value added services to the selected enterprise vertical markets.
Certified Global System Integrator Requirements
The Certified Global System Integrator partners must meet the requirements outlined in this section to qualify and maintain the status. The partner will maintain the requirements of the selected role and gain the benefits or inform Stonesoft in writing of not qualifying any longer. Partners’ qualifications for their role are re-evaluated annually by Stonesoft
- Minimum 1M€ annual purchases during first fiscal year, and minimum 2M€ annual purchases for consequent years for StoneGate products and maintenance services in global market.
- Continuous compliance with Stonesoft 1st Line Support and Maintenance Agreement (CSMP) with required technical and service capabilities for each active territory, in which the partner is operating
- In order to successfully sell and maintain their solutions and excellent customer satisfaction, the partner has to maintain reasonable sales and support operations in their listed regions with individuals trained in StoneGate technologies.
- Minimum set of demo appliances available at partner site (minimum 4 selected appliances or software licenses for providing demonstrations of key StoneGate functionalities)
